Where are you located?

We are based out of Thunder Bay, Ontario.

We provide service to surrounding communities in Northwestern Ontario.

Do you provide sites?

No, you are responsible for securing your location.

How far do you travel for set up?

We are happy to travel to your location within NWO, however there is an extra fee for travel outside of city limits.

How much space is needed?

Our 5 metre (16') tents require approximately 7 metre radius and our 6 metre (20') tents require at least an 8 metre radius.

 

If you have a tighter space, we can have a look to see if we can make it work.

Can your tents be set up year-round?

The answer is YES!  Our tents are manufactured to withstand all four seasons.  Currently we are operating from May-September, however we are open to Winter set ups depending on location and Mother Nature.

How do I book my tent(s)?

To begin the booking process, contact us by completing our contact form, by phone (807) 632-4771 or email, thecanvasinn@gmail.com  From there we will determine your specific needs and provide you with a quote.

How do I pay for my booking?

Once the details of your reservation have been determined, you will receive an invoice via email.

We accept etransfer, cash or credit card.  

An initial deposit of 30% is due at time of booking.

What time will my tent be ready?

Within city limits, tents will be available for check in by 3pm, unless other arrangements have been made.

 

If you are located outside of city limits a later check in time may be necessary for multi-tent set ups. 

What time is check out?

Check out is at 11am for most reservations.

Can we bring our pets?

Although we are animal lovers, we do not allow pets in order to maintain an allergy friendly environment.
