We are happy to offer free local pick up at our home office which is located at 315 Marks St. South, in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Pick up details will be clearly displayed on you order confirmation and you will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up.

Shipping + Returns:
We offer weight determined, flat rate shipping within Canada. Currently we do not ship internationally.
Please allow 1-3 days for orders to be processed, from there your order will be shipped via Canada Post ground and you will received a confirmation email once your package is out the door.
If, for some reason you wish to return your goods, please reach out to us via email to discuss next steps. We really want you to be happy with your purchase, so we will gladly accept returns within 2 weeks of purchase as long as the item(s) are in original packaging and have not been used. If you are shipping a return to us, we ask that you carefully pack and send it back.
Please note that return shipping is the customer's responsibility and we are not responsible for return items lost or damaged while in transit.
